Your personal leadership journey

In AIESEC you will be provided with opportunities to step out of your comfort zone. The overarching mentality is to challenge yourself and to take responsibility for tasks, you might not necessarily know how to handle yet. Real development only happens outside of your comfort zone! That sort of growth-mindset is what we want to foster for your personal leadership journey. This will eventually make you understand your impact on yourself and the people around you.

Value Empowerment

Empowerment equals leadership within AIESEC. By taking the step to value empowerment you learn what leadership means to you. We help you explore, what you are passionate about and what values belong to that. This is not something you can learn from a book – you learn it by doing! Value-driven leadership is at the core of AIESEC’s organizational structure and practices.

Open-mindedness and connection

We believe a fundamental aspect of developing yourself, both personally and professionally, is that you don’t do this alone. We try to learn from each other. Doing this via coaching, giving feedback and empowering others to step outside their comfort zone. By striving for increased diversity, we provide our members a diverse work environment, where we learn from and connect with each other. To ensure our environment is inclusive, open-mindedness is key for AIESEC.
