What challenges did you overcome during your AIESEC experience? How did you manage this?
Confrontation is always very hard for me, but by receiving and giving feedback and maintaining open communication, our team only grew stronger.
What key learning are you taking away from your AIESEC experience?
My main take away from my experience with AIESEC, is that self-reflection is really important if I want to reach my goals. And in general the importance of self-awareness as one of the most important leadership skills.
